Attendance and Liability

Attend at your own risk. No liability is assumed by owners, managers, officers, agents, employees, promoters, sponsors, or any other individual associated with the event.

All underage attendees/campers must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Failure to comply will result in removal from the festival grounds.

The Dam Jam reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

The Dam Jam is not responsible for lost or stolen items, personal injury, or damage to personal property.

The Dam Jam will be held rain or shine.
Prohibited Items and Conduct

No unauthorized drones, lasers, or fireworks.

No glass bottles allowed.
-
Any violators of the law may be subject to arrest.

No weapons of any kind.

No illegal substances.

Violent, obscene, or unruly behavior will result in immediate ejection from the concert site, campgrounds, or parking lots and may lead to arrest.

Zero tolerance for underage drinking. 21+ wristbands must be worn if consuming alcohol.

Unauthorized reproduction, sale, or distribution of items bearing The Dam Jam names or logos is prohibited.

All sales are final. No refunds for tickets or camping permits.

Concert Venue

Lawn chairs are welcome in designated areas and will be subject to search before entering the concert area.

Umbrellas allowed between artists to avoid obstructing the view and will be subject to search before entering the concert area.

No professional photography equipment unless media credentials are present.

Clear bag policy:
-
Only clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags not exceeding 14" x 6" x 14".
-
No hardware or decorations that conceal the bag.
-
Logo only allowed on one side of the bag.
-
Exceptions for medically necessary bags or equipment after proper inspection and tagging by security.

Vehicles and Parking

Vehicles without proper parking credentials will be towed at the owner's expense.

All vehicles are subject to search due to heightened security concerns.

No semi-trailers or box trucks allowed.

No tailgating in parking lots.
​
Vendors and Food
​

No outside food or beverages in the concert area.
-
No unauthorized vending.
-
Please refrain from buying from unauthorized vendors for health and quality reasons.
Pets

Allowed only in pet-friendly camping areas (Electric/Generator sites due to lack of shade).

No pets in the concert area unless a licensed service dog.
-
No pets in Sunnyside Primitive tent camping area.

In pet-friendly areas:

Pets must be well-behaved, non-aggressive, and not stressed by large crowds or loud noises.

Pets must be on a leash at all times.

Owners must clean up after their pets.

Camping

A full event ticket is required to purchase a camping pass.

Noise curfew in effect from 3 a.m. to 7 a.m.
Photography and Filming

By attending The Dam Jam, you agree to be photographed or filmed during the festival. This includes live performances, audience areas, camping sites, and other festival activities.

The Dam Jam and its affiliates have the right to use photographs or footage for promotional purposes, including advertising and marketing, without compensation.

We are committed to respecting your privacy and will use images and footage with consideration for all attendees.
COVID-19

We are committed to holding the festival as scheduled while ensuring a safe environment for all.

Compliance with health guidelines is a priority, and necessary adjustments will be made to adhere to public health directives.

While we aim to provide a seamless experience, we acknowledge the pandemic's unpredictability and will not be liable for indirect impacts due to COVID-19.
